East Tennessee Case Management Coordinator

About the Position

Reporting to the East Tennessee Regional Director, the East Tennessee Case Management Coordinator supports ASP's home repair, construction, and disaster recovery in East Tennessee. This role ensures efficient case management, compliance with grant requirements, and coordination with staff, families, and community partners to deliver timely and compassionate housing solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Case Management

• Promote ASP including, but not limited to attending Long Term Recovery Group and other community outreach meetings.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical case files.
• Guide families through application, vetting, and selection processes.
• Coordinate homeowner communications, paperwork, and customizations.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified applicants.
• Share homeowner stories with Advancement for fundraising.
• Assist with dedication ceremonies and homeowner engagement.
• Ensure respectful, timely, and accurate communication.
• Maintain records and update databases (e.g., ASPire, SharePoint).
