What We're Looking For

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians who are ready to grow with us. We value :

Providers who can commit to seeing 15-21 sessions per week

Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children with our support

Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while thriving in a team environment

Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles

Integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts

Must reside and be licensed to practice in Massachusetts

Compensation :

Up to $66,500, depending on licensure type / level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
