OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE YOUR OWN WORK SCHEDULE!! Looking for an experienced, high energy Bakery Manager who wants to join The Baked Bear at Sawgrass Mills Mall!

• Prepare and mix cookies and brownies according to company's recipes and procedures
• Follow company recipes 100% with no deviations
• Bake cookies and brownies throughout the day
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers and other equipment to make cookies and brownies
• Operate ovens
• Keep work surfaces and equipment clean and sanitary
• Be efficient with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Assist with bakery training for new employees, according to company policies
• Assist with Catering Orders
• Assist with preparing Delivery App Orders
• Open and Close the store, according to store policies
• Possess a food handlers card or attend an in-house food handlers class and pass the test
• Ensures store is compliant with health regulations and standards at all times and follows safety procedures.
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications :

Pay : $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
