We’re a down-to-earth, hardworking firm looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. We take our clients’ cases seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. If you can balance a laid-back, collaborative attitude with the drive to get great results in the courtroom, you’ll fit right in. We are a general practice firm, with a focus in estate planning, probate, real estate, business, civil litigation, personal injury, and unlawful detainers. We are a small firm, but have a big impact. This is not big law, so the goal is to find a candidate who values quality of life and job satisfaction. If you're working every weekend and late into the night... we think you're doing it wrong.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Work closely with clients, experts, and team members to develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients.
