Job Description

The Sr. Project Manager role coordinates and manages various development projects through all phases of the development lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, release and closing. The Sr. Project Manager will manage partner communications, project requirements, work breakdown, development engineering, testing and release. You will report to the Manager, Portfolio Project Management and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.

Your Responsibilities :

• Schedule and planning across multiple teams.
• Coordinate internal and external development and test resources and working with resource managers and other project managers to insure proper staffing, project agreement and integration.
• The Sr. Project Manager role coordinates and manages multiple development projects through all phases of the development lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, release and closing.
• The Sr. Project Manager role may help develop business and marketing strategies optimizing the performance of our products.
• The Sr. Project Manager will lead the project responsibility for defining project priorities, delivery of project expectations, and identifying and mitigating issues and risks.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.

The Base Salary Compensation is from $101,680 - $152,520 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
