A company is looking for an Outsourcing Character Artist to manage character assets for cosmetics in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and implement high-quality character cosmetics for characters and items
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure asset delivery meets project needs
Provide feedback on art assets to maintain quality and consistency throughout the project
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Unreal, Substance Painter, Maya, and Zbrush
Experience with Autodesk Flow Production for Tracking and Confluence is a strong bonus
Solid grasp of game design principles and visual language
Live service project experience preferred; shipping experience required
Ability to adapt to varying project needs and schedules across different time zones
