At Speech Tactics, we do things differently...and purposefully. As Charlotte's leading interdisciplinary pediatric therapy provider, we believe that therapy is more than a service- it's a lifeline of support, advocacy, and compassion for children with neurodevelopmental differences and their families. Our team of behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists work together with intention, curiosity, and care to support the whole child and the whole family.
We're not looking for someone to just "fill a position." We're seeking a BCBA who is mission-aligned, values-driven, and ready to invest in something bigger than themselves. Someone who believes in collaborative care, family empowerment, and helping children not just reach milestones- but thrive!
What you can expect at Speech Tactics:
We are looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide comprehensive behavior analytic services to children and families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients, possess a thorough understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, and be able to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism. The successful candidate will supervise RBTs, provide ongoing assessments, monitor progress, and provide guidance to families.
