This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the USA.

About The Role

The Senior Director, Solution Assurance is responsible for overseeing the Solution Assurance team, focusing on ensuring solution quality, completeness of the solution blueprint and design. As a trusted advisor to both external customers and internal project teams, you will collaborate with Kinaxis’ customers and their SI Partners, ensuring alignment with best practices and customer requirements.

What you will do

• Understand customer needs and objectives, help them assess solution quality, offer expert recommendations, and address design gaps.
• Oversee quality of delivery and provide proactive support for SI Partner‑led projects to reduce post‑blueprinting escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and mutual project success.
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization across projects, balancing workload and skillsets to meet deadlines and maximize profitability.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to clients in a clear and timely manner, addressing concerns promptly.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Senior Delivery Managers, and Business Architects to ensure solution quality.
• Continuously assess and refine solution assurance processes, methodologies, and tools to adhere to best practices and deliver customer requirements.
