Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Medication Reminders : Support clients in managing their medication routines. Meal Preparation and Nutrition : Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Companionship and Social Interaction : Accompany clients to appointments and social activities. Health Monitoring : Document care provided and any notable observations. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred. Compassionate and empathetic attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
