Estela is currently seeking a Dining Room Manager who shares our passion for hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads with a collaborative, hands-on style. The Dining Room Manager will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure that service standards are consistently upheld while fostering an engaged, motivated team.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, train, and mentor the Front of House team to uphold company’s high standards of service.
Provide clear communication, constructive feedback, and performance coaching to build a culture of professionalism and growth.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that reflects company’s culture and values.
Guest Experience
Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and seamless service.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong guest relationships, encouraging repeat visits.
Act as a visible presence on the floor, setting the tone for service and hospitality.
Operational Excellence
Support the GM in daily operations, including scheduling, timekeeping, and floor management.
Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, and overall readiness for service.
Monitor food and beverage quality in partnership with the culinary and bar teams.
Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and maintain a safe, clean environment.
What We’re Looking For
Previous management experience in a high-volume, fine dining or Michelin-recognized restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for hospitality, with a guest-first mindset.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Understand that we require a positive and respectful attitude in the workplace.
