As part of an integral service team, our community-based therapist deliver life changing Mental and Health services to youth and their families referred by schools, healthcare providers, Family and Children First councils, county courts and more.

Responsibilities
Provides individual, group, and family mental health therapy, case management, transportation, and other professional services to clients servedTravels daily, to providecommunity basedservices to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.Regularly reviews and modifiesyouth basedplans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.Establishes and maintains strong relationship with assigned foster parents and families of origin.Assists in family reunification and / or stabilization efforts with the youth's primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth's case plan.Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth servedMinimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institutionLSW or LPC requiredExperience in providing both individual and family therapyExperience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferredExperience with TF-CBT preferredDaily travel required with the willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or duringnon-traditional hours if neededMust be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homesCapacity to effectively work with and be respectful and sensitive to persons from various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and racial backgroundsYou have good computer and technology skillsMust be willing to accept other job duties as assignedDriving and Vehicle Requirements
