Senior Litigator

Growing real estate law firm is looking for a litigation associate attorney to join our dynamic and engaging Wisconsin litigation group that offers a tremendous opportunity for long term advancement and professional development opportunities.  This position regularly handles matters related to a wide variety of cases including enforcement of property restrictions, contract disputes, construction defects, and other real property issues. Position Description :

• Cover letter with description of your skills and background
• Must be admitted to practice law in Wisconsin
• 8+ years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing governmental organizations in litigation-based civil matters
• Prior work experience must demonstrate dedication and hard work
• Prior experience using a Microsoft operating system and other sophisticated software
• Must be available during business hours, as well as some evenings and weekends for client meetings
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent personal skills
