Service Manager Job Requirements :
- Deliver outstanding guest experience to every guest through highly trained and supported team members
- Create a Culture focused on its people as the #1 asset
- Daily Supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support on time
- Drive Sales Growth through operational excellence and outstanding training of Team Members
- Quality of Operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountability
- Will ensure consistent execution of all FOH and BOH systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-through.
Service Manager Job Qualifications :
2+ years of management experience required.1+ years of Full-Service restaurant management experience required.1+ years of FOH management experience required.Management of at least 15 staff members required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Service Manager Benefits
