is seeking a

fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon

with an interest in

upper extremity trauma care

to join our collegial and well-established team in Fremont / San Leandro. TPMG provides a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for teaching, research, and leadership in a physician-led organization committed to quality care and work-life balance.

Position Highlights

Team Composition : 12 surgeons (6 Total Joint, 3 Sports, 2 Hand, 1 Trauma)

Collaborative Model : Work closely with 14 experienced Physician Assistants

Surgical Focus :  Orthopedic Hand practice with dedicated time and clinics for Hand trauma cases

OR Time : 1-2 days per week

Call Schedule : 1 call every 12 days (Level 2 / 3 community trauma)

Full-time annual salary range is $600,000 to $625,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $73,080

Board Certification or Eligibility

Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
