Loss Mitigation Liaison

A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for mortgage loan borrowers in loss mitigation or foreclosure

Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering consumer questions and documenting interactions

Collect financial information and assist borrowers with loss mitigation documents and processes

Required Qualifications

A combined 4 years of higher education and / or work experience, including 1 year in collections or customer service

Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
