Job description

Key Responsibilities

Coordination &

Schedule preventive maintenance and repair work, manage workflows, and ensure timely execution of tasks.

Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance teams, facility management, and external contractors or vendors.

Record

Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, work orders, equipment history, and compliance documentation.

Budget

Assist in managing maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures for supplies, parts, and services.

Support troubleshooting efforts and coordinate repairs for equipment and facility issues.

Compliance &

Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Prepare and update reports for management regarding maintenance status, issues, and completed work.

Manage spare parts, tools, and supplies to ensure availability for maintenance operations.

Essential Skills

Organizational

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with internal teams and external partners.

Technical

Basic understanding of equipment, facilities systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical), and maintenance procedures.

Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and coordinate effective solutions.

Ability to work effectively with various departments and maintenance staff to achieve common goals.

Attention to

Crucial for accurate record-keeping, compliance checks, and ensuring quality work.
