TekSystems is hiring Patient Registration Representatives for a large healthcare system in Carmel, IN! We are seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy Patient Access Representative to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital part in creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience across multiple care settings, including the Emergency Department, outpatient clinics, and inpatient admissions. Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver Exceptional Patient Experience : Greet and assist patients with empathy and professionalism across various hospital entry points including triage, ambulance bay, and bedside registration.
• Accurate Patient Registration : Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information in the EMR system with precision.
• Support Across Care Settings : Perform check-in and registration duties in emergency, outpatient, and inpatient environments, including travel to bedside locations when needed.
• Technology & Documentation : Utilize portable computers for bedside registration, support self-pay processes, and complete required documentation for Medicare patients.

Qualifications :

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
