ASAP - Ongoing Need

Shift Days : Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts (7a-3 : 30p)

APPs will be required to work 2 weekend days per month. Does not have be consecutive. Weekend shifts will be 12 hours (7a-7p)

No Call

Minimum Number of shifts per month : 20

Temp / Expedited Privileges : Yes, 90 days (Clean Files Only)

Types of Cases : General, OB / GYN, Outpatient, Neuro, Orthopedics, Interventional Radiology, GI, Robotics, Pedi, Urology, Vascular and Thoracic Surgery, and Cardiac

No Trauma

Majority Case Type : General, Neuro, GI

Average Monthly Case : 2500

Required Procedures : Spinals, Epidurals

Life Support Requirements : ACLS, BLS, PALS

EMR : Cerner

NBCRNA Required

Must have active FL ARNP License

Must not have any malpractice or background history
