Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of the firm’s tax operations with a hands-on approach

Manage preparation and review of a broad mix of individual, business, and trust / estate returns

Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across engagements

Partner with leadership to drive modernization efforts, including new technology adoption

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive advisory support and responsive service

Contribute to firm growth by creating structure, streamlining processes, and positioning the practice for long-term success

Qualifications

Masters of Tax or LLM Tax, preferred

8+ years of tax experience in a manager-level role at a small or mid-sized CPA firm

Strong experience with individual, partnership, S-Corp, and trust returns

Entrepreneurial mindset, someone hungry to grow the practice, create structure, and help grow the firm

Prior experience with ProSystem and UltraTax

Strong technical and communication skills
