Job descriptionInspect buildings, grounds, and equipment; perform repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Maintain maintenance logs, shift reports, and organized workspaces. Respond promptly to repair requests and report issues to the General Manager. Load, unload, and operate tools, equipment, and work vehicles as needed. Follow instructions, manuals, and blueprints to complete tasks accurately. Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure efficient project completion. Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds. Communicates effectively, speaking multiple languages is preferred. Collaborates with maintenance workers, maintenance managers, and contractors. At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred, but not required. A certification in building maintenance is a plus. Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Shifts :
- 1st shift – 6AM to 2 : 30PM
- 2nd shift – 2PM to 10 : 30PM
- OVERTIME SHOULD BE EXPECTED
