Job Title : CNC Mill Machinist (5-Axis)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist specializing in 5-axis machining to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, setting up, and operating 5-axis CNC mills to produce precision components. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.

Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD / CAM files to determine machining strategies.

Perform quality checks and inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.

Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain tolerances and optimize production efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist with a focus on 5-axis machines.

Proficiency in G-code programming and CAD / CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).

Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and materials.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
