Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification. Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more. Must be able to lift / push / reach for / carry 10+ pounds frequently. Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask. 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and / or fine dining experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent experience / training.

Full-time or Part Time Hourly Position ranging from $14.60-$16.00 DOE plus benefits. Located in Santa Fe, NM. Working out of our Inn & Spa at Loretto.
Essential Duties :
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Passionately deliver refined, seamless service.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times.
- Welcome guests to the unique dining experience.
- Assign guests to suitable tables and according to guidelines for server rotation.
- Share the story, inspiration, and culinary mindset of the restaurant to our guests.
- Respond to guest challenges and find the appropriate resolution in a timely and professional manner.
