Director of Marketing
An opportunity is available to join DAS42 as a Director of Marketing. This is a pivotal, full-stack marketing leadership role focused on driving demand and enabling the entire Go-to-Market (GTM) team. The Director will be responsible for defining and executing a content-centric strategy that supports new prospect campaigns, strengthens partner marketing efforts, furthers our brand as industry experts through compelling thought leadership and builds our social presence in a way that inspires potential partners and customers to take action.
We are looking for a results-driven leader who is curious, ambitious, and creative in finding continuously improved methods of attracting customers and scaling a repeatable growth formula. This role requires a hands-on generalist capable of managing everything from strategic planning to tactical execution and vendor oversight. This position reports to the VP of Sales.
What you'll do
Content & Go-to-Market Enablement
- Own the end-to-end content strategy and creation process to fuel the GTM engine across all channels, including new prospect campaigns and partner co-marketing.
- Spearhead initiatives to deeply understand the customer journey and translating those insights into effective campaign plans.
- Support and expand an important partner relationship by working with peer-level and leadership contacts to create co-marketing campaigns and support firm branding within the partner ecosystem as the partner of choice to deliver results for their customers.
- Serve as the primary editor and content producer for key assets, including editing white papers and developing high-quality video content.
Demand Generation & Campaign Management
Design, execute, and evaluate comprehensive campaigns focused on demand generation, lead generation, and inbound marketing.Develop and manage a focused and effective B2B Account Based Marketing (ABM) program in collaboration with the sales team.Oversee and coordinate the firm's presence at all events and webinars , ensuring marketing materials and follow-up nurture campaigns are optimized for lead capture.Manage the firm's paid advertising strategy (Paid Search, Display / Programmatic, Social) in partnership with external vendors, owning the budget and performance.Marketing Technology & Operations
Oversee the firm's marketing technology stack, with a focus on HubSpot (marketing automation, reporting, and updating) as the firm's system of record for marketing data and full-funnel visibility.Manage key operational functions, including SEO strategy and the firm's website maintenance, leveraging the support of external graphics and development vendors.Reporting and Experimentation
Track and report on marketing performance. Ensure a data-driven approach to strategy design and tactical execution, leveraging HubSpot data as the primary source.Embrace a culture of experimentation, continuously evaluating campaign feedback and applying marketing concepts to produce better results and a more optimized GTM approach over time.What we're looking for
Experience : Minimum of 7+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record across demand generation, lead generation, inbound generation, branding, product and solution marketing.Industry Background : Must have experience coming from a data product-focused company, where they were required to be a hands-on, full-stack marketer.Required Skills : Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of marketing operations, including :Full-spectrum content creation including video, graphic, blogs and papers, posts, and email campaigns.SEO strategy and optimization.Managing external vendors for graphics design and website maintenance.HubSpot management and reporting.Digital advertising and event planning.Mindset : A curious and ambitious self-starter who is creative in finding continuously improved methods of attracting customers.
