Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Associate Medical Director, you will :

• Develop and implement clinical strategies for ambulatory care transformation.
• Lead clinical direction for our site, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Participate in site management and contribute to business and clinical quality strategy development.
• Build collaborative relationships across service lines to close gaps in care and achieve shared goals.
• Focus on performance improvement through innovative strategies and vision.
• Monitor Care Gap metrics to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain an on-site presence to effectively perform all duties.
• Balance 50% clinical and 50% administrative responsibilities .
