About The Job As a member of our Product Insights team, you will join a group of highly motivated and passionate individuals, specializing in User Research, Data Science and Analytics Engineering. You will represent the voice of our users across projects, by understanding user needs and behaviors and working closely with collaborators to craft new ideas across the user journey, and provide critical input when shaping compelling offerings and experiences. This is a highly impactful role where you’ll directly influence how millions of artists and listeners experience music on our platform.
4+ years of user research experience in a product-focused role required.
Must have a degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or a related research or scientific field.
Must be comfortable working across both B2C and B2B domains.
Must be passionate about the intersection of music, technology, and user experience.
