Principal Application Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Application Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Assess potential attack vectors and design defense-in-depth strategies for applications and identity management

Integrate security into the software development lifecycle, conduct security code reviews, and champion secure coding standards

Design and manage identity security solutions and application security controls, ensuring effective operational processes

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in application security and identity & access management (IAM)

Deep knowledge of application security principles, secure coding practices, and common vulnerabilities

Hands-on experience with security testing tools and IAM platforms

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

Strong familiarity with cloud environments and their security controls
