We are seeking a Qualified Professional to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings, while managing facility needs

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise direct care workers
  • Be on call for after-hours and be able to report to the site within 30 minutes of an emergency
  • Review and keep all documentation up to date
  • Transport clients to and from appointments
  • Write, implement, and review treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
  • Ensure all documentation is completed on time

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of two years of experience in child or adult human services
  • Minimum  four-year degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • At least 21 years of Age
  • No known history of abuse, neglect, or exploitation
