Main Roles and Responsibilities of Position :
- Perform mechanical and electrical failure diagnosis and repairs on advanced industrial equipment.
- Equipment types include complex
- pneumatic,
- hydraulic,
- electrical,
- mechanical,
- robotic, (Fanuc, ABB)
- variable frequency and DC drives
- programmable logic controllers (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
- computer controlled systems
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance task ensuring equipment production readiness at all times.
- Communicate with co-workers and management personnel both verbally and written whereby information may be passed that is critical for production readiness.
- Respond to trouble calls in a timely manner eliminating unnecessary downtime.
- Find root cause of failures eliminating repeat failures for the same issue.
- Consistently look for and implement ways to improve equipment reliability.
- Robotic Electrical Troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting skills in Electrical and Automation systems
- Welding and mechanical skills a plus
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
