Requirements : Active MI / IMLC License

Coverage Needed : ASAP , Monday - Friday

Schedule : 8 hour Days

Assignment Type : Call and Clinic

Call Required : Yes, 1 : 2 call expectation, weekend call coverage

Procedures : procedures based on type of physician
