Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Attendant to join our team. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide personal care and assistance to clients in their daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. You will also assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, as needed. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, as needed

• Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance, as needed

• Assist with medication management and other medical care, as instructed

• Engage in conversation and activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

• Document client care notes accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with transfers and mobility

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic nature

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
