  • About the Role

    The Company is in search of a VP, Sales for Private Equity and Financial Advisory Firms. The successful candidate will be a visionary and commercially driven sales leader, tasked with building the Private Equity Sales Function from the ground up. This role is pivotal in creating a repeatable, scalable go-to-market strategy that targets private equity firms and their portfolio companies, positioning the company's solutions as a strategic cost optimization lever. Key responsibilities include defining the sales strategy, operating model, and KPIs, as well as developing and expanding relationships with PE stakeholders. The VP will also be responsible for driving portfolio penetration, collaborating cross-functionally, and establishing PE-specific commercial models to deliver revenue growth and strategic insights.

    Applicants for the VP, Sales role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the private equity ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling new business functions, experience in strategic partnerships with a focus on C-level stakeholders, and a deep understanding of enterprise value creation. Professional experience should include a strong background in SAP and Oracle ERP technology, as well as a deep understanding of ERP architecture, IT requirements, and best practices. The role requires exceptional executive acumen, storytelling ability, and the capacity to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long-term strategic value.
