Senior Tax Accountant (Hybrid - Tulsa, OK)

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Supervising Senior Tax Accountant to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Tulsa, OK office , with work-from-home flexibility available after a successful six-month in-office integration period.

In this leadership role, you'll :

Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports

Manage and review journal entries and tax returns

Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support client strategy and growth

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

You'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver excellence to our clients - and in developing the next generation of financial leaders within our firm.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and conducting detailed financial analysis

Strong proficiency with journal entries , tax preparation , and overall finance principles

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA designation or candidates in the process of obtaining CPA license.

Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) , Microsoft Office Suite , and Google Workspace (G Suite)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
