The Senior Enterprise Transformation Professional manages all aspects of a large-scale program, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Senior Enterprise Transformation Professional will solutionize across teams to solve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Enterprise Transformation Professional designs, communicates across teams, and implements an operational plan for completing the program. Monitors progress and performance against the project plan and takes action to resolve operational problems that mitigate risk and minimize delays. Oversees interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies to lead program execution that delivers long-term business value. Begins to influence department's strategy and make decisions on moderately complex issues for program components. The Senior Enterprise Transformation Professional develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go-to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Use your skills to make an impact.

This position typically works on EST and operates under normal business hours. However, during certain time periods these hours might change based on business needs. As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. If you are selected for a first round interview, you will receive an email correspondence inviting you to participate in a HireVue interview. In this interview, you will listen to a set of interview questions over your phone or text and you will provide recorded responses to each question. Your recorded interview will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
Work-At-Home Requirements :
At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home / Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position / job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range : $94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
