HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find a Litigation Associate to join the firms growing team in Midtown Manhattan.

The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation with a strong interest in toxic tort and insurance defense work.

We Offer :

  • Pay : $130-160K Base Salary plus Bonus
  • Generous Bonus Structure : Up to $25K in total bonus with annual and quarterly opportunities

Litigation Associate Responsibilities :

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and legal briefs.
  • Attend and participate in court appearances, hearings, and depositions.
  • Analyze medical records, expert reports, and other technical documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and expert witnesses.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategy and ensure effective case management.

    • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of Litigation Attorney experience
  • Litigation Defense experience required
  • Experience within Insurance Defense and / or Toxic Tort preferred
  • NY Bar Admission required, NJ Bar Admission is a plus
