• Starting Pay : $18+ per hour Schedule : Full time position, 40 hours / week, Monday Friday, no weekends Shift Differential : +$0.50 per hour (11 : 00am-8 : 30pm EST); +$1.50 per hour (12 : 00pm-10 : 00pm EST) Bilingual Differential : $1.50 per hour

As a Patient Service Representative (Bilingual - Spanish), you will play a crucial role in helping members navigate their healthcare journey with confidence. You will be their main point of contact, assisting with questions about benefits, claims, and provider options while ensuring they receive the right care at the right time. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and provide clear guidance will directly impact their healthcare experience. Through each interaction, you will not only resolve concerns but also empower members with knowledge to make informed decisions about their care.

Beyond answering questions, you will proactively identify potential cost-saving opportunities, advocate for necessary services, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline healthcare access.
