Looking for a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth within a single hospital? As a member of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Every shift provides new experiences and opportunities to expand your skills.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic support in line with established standards. Utilize evidence-based practice and excellent communication to create a safe, therapeutic environment for patients.

Licenses & Certifications Required : Registered Nurse license in the working state and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.

Education : Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Strong communication skills, patient care focus, ability to respond flexibly to changing situations, proficient in electronic medical records, and collaborative team player.

Team members will maintain annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications (e.g., DNV, CARF).
