Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with active ME or compact license and required certifications to work in a perioperative setting.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

Work in the Operating Room and perioperative environment

Duties include circulating, scrubbing, and recovery (PACU) responsibilities as needed

Assignment length is 13 weeks on a day shift schedule

May rotate to Pre-Op or Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Responsible for delivering safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care during the perioperative period

Ability to effectively communicate with members of the perioperative team is essential

Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and support organizational values

COVID-19 vaccination is required

Active RN license in ME or Compact state required

Minimum of 1 year of recent OR experience required

Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

CNOR certification preferred
