We are looking for a Tax Preparer-Accountant Professional to join our team!

Our Tax / Accountant Professional will be responsible for communicating with clients about tax preparation process, conducting pre-set appointments assist with tax preparations and filing. Our company handles 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, & 990 returns.

Our Tax / Accountant Professional will assist in our day-to-day tax, requirements. Should be able to perform financial analysis, tax preparation for both federal and state, as well as complete other projects for management.

• Responsibilities :
• Preparation of individual (Form 1040’s) and business income tax returns (Form 1120, 1120S and 1065)
• Taking incoming calls from clients answering their tax questions
• Participate in pre-tax planning appointments and processes
• Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling
• Informing clients of changes in tax laws and impact on their return and fees
• Organize and maintain financial records and spreadsheets
• Qualifications :
• Prepare tax returns
• Perform accountant functions
• Proficiency with Quick Books software, Lacerte software as well as MS Office including Word, Excel, Email and Internet
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and perform multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop trust and a good working relationship with clients
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
