Upgrade Center Manager
As an Upgrade Center Manager, you will support and drive Millennium upgrade projects for the Upgrade Center. You will be responsible for the success of the client upgrade meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets while providing effective situational leadership for escalations and operational issues. You will lead, direct, and review the team's work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results for the team and department. You will identify, propose, and lead team-and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; participate and provide input on strategic initiatives and participate in resource management and planning. Finally, you will deliver consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage and promote associate success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $92,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
