• ? Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Triage patients and respond to life-threatening situations with speed and precision
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform diagnostic procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems (Cerner or similar)
• Participate in trauma response and stabilization protocols
• Support patient and family education during acute care episodes
• Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
• ? Qualifications
• Education : Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Licensure : Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
• Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required
• Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience in a high-acuity setting
• Skills :
• Strong clinical judgment and rapid decision-making
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
