Responsible for assisting the Bakery Department Manager to present the freshest most innovative and best quality products at a competitive retail price to customers. Additionally, you will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members.

Working Conditions :

This position has daily exposure to noise, temperature extremes, dampness, vibrations, equipment movement hazards and dangerous chemicals / solvents. There is weekly exposure to dirt and occasional exposure to electrical shock. This is a fast paced work environment with significant pressure.

Equipment Used to Perform Job :

Mixers, register, proof box, ovens, sheeter, rounder, pan washer, fryer, label machine, shrink wrap machine, RPM system, computer, and copy cake machine.

Financial Responsibility :

Responsible for equipment in the department and customer accounts.

Contacts :

Has daily contact with customers, suppliers / vendors, and the general public. Has occasional contact with federal / state governmental or regulatory agencies for inspections.

Confidentiality :

Has access to confidential information including ads, gross profit percentage, wages, sales, pricing, and employee information.
