About the Clinician's Workday
It is a full-time need with clinic and surgical duties Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., plus 7a-7a weekend call, structured as 7 on / 7 off. Daily rates must include at least two patient hours. Licensed candidates are required. With no employed general surgeons as of 1 / 6 / 26, the site needs one to two physicians to cover the office (Mon-Wed or Mon-Fri) and provide daily hospital call coverage, with the goal of minimizing physician turnover to maintain patient continuity and satisfaction.
