Job description

Extension is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in West Bend, WI!

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

Prepare and post job requisitions to appropriate job boards / newspapers / colleges, etc
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Use professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
Develop strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders and HR
Conduct and coordinate phone and on-site interviews to evaluate if the applicants meet the position requirements
Help coordinate, implement and attend college recruiting initiatives and career fairs
Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent across manufacturing, professional, and managerial roles

Desired Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of staffing and recruiting experience on a corporate / national level

Demonstrated success in sourcing and full-life cycle recruiting

Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Suite and social media

Previous experience utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and / or applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, or Business Administration or related field

Salary & Schedule Information

Headquarters in West Bend

Hybrid work model (up to 2 days remote, 3 days onsite)

$52,000 - $75,000 annually based on experience
