Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in various capacities, including preschool and special education settings. This role involves creating a positive learning environment, developing engaging lesson plans, and fostering the overall welfare of students. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and supporting their growth academically, socially, and emotionally.

• Responsibilities
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Teach various subjects including physical education, math, and other core areas as required.
• Engage students in hands-on activities that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure all students are meeting their educational goals.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to support the individual needs of each child, particularly those requiring special education services.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Foster a nurturing atmosphere that promotes child welfare and development.
• Skills
• Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
• Strong behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Knowledge of preschool education principles and practices.
• Proficiency in lesson planning that engages students effectively.
• Ability to teach physical education and encourage active lifestyles among students.
• Understanding of math concepts suitable for young learners.
• Experience in curriculum development tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Familiarity with special education practices to support children with varying abilities.
• Commitment to child welfare and ensuring a safe learning environment for all students.
• Experience in toddler care is a plus.
