Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure GAAP compliance
  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis
  • Partner with leadership on ROI evaluations, pricing, costing, and capital investment analysis
  • Coordinate with lenders and board on financial reporting, cash flow projections, and compliance
  • Maintain and audit internal controls across all financial functions
  • Lead external audits and ensure timely completion of tax filings and regulatory reporting
  • Oversee sales tax processing and compliance
  • Drive ERP and financial system improvements and implement process enhancements
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrics and profitability analysis
  • Support growth initiatives and business expansion projects
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and performance feedback

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or public accounting experience preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting / finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role (Controller or Accounting Manager)
  • Background in manufacturing or lean environment strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial / operational applications
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on approach with ability to partner with operations and production teams
