Senior Superintendent (SE Michigan)
Key responsibilities for Senior Superintendent (SE Michigan) include :
- Lead all on-site construction activities for automotive projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking critical milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec.
- Enforce quality standards in accordance with project drawings and industry best practices.
- Promote and maintain a strong jobsite safety culture, adhering to OSHA and company policies.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
- Identify and resolve field issues promptly to minimize impact on schedule and budget.
- Plan and manage site logistics, including equipment, deliveries, and material staging.
- Maintain thorough project documentation such as daily logs, RFIs, and inspection reports.
- Mentor and supervise assistant superintendents and field staff to support their development.
