Staff Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Data Engineer - RCM (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a near real-time data platform with micro-batching pipelines using Kafka

Build fault-tolerant data pipelines and ensure data accuracy for operational reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw event streams into actionable reporting data

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data pipeline development, including ETL / ELT pipelines using Kafka and Python

8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and data warehousing, with 4+ years in AWS

8+ years of experience in data quality and governance, ensuring high-fidelity data for reporting

3+ years of experience in performance optimization for data pipelines and operational reporting systems

3+ years of experience in implementing data security measures and understanding compliance standards
