Job descriptionConduct patient assessments to diagnose movement impairments and functional limitations. Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy techniques. Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies. Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care. Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy and participate in continuing education. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in patient care. Education : Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure : Active Physical Therapist license in Missouri. Experience : Prior clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills. Certifications : CPR certification (preferred). Full-time or PRN (as-needed) opportunities available. Skilled Nursing Facility. Requires adaptability, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate electronic documentation. Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient's need and physician's direction within the post-acute setting. Supervision of physical therapist assistants, within scope of practice Communication with interdisciplinary team with focus on case managing patient's needs, not minutes!

Job Summary
