Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper :

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Record daily transactions

Process payroll, deductions, and related filings

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, POS systems, and merchant accounts

Prepare internal financial statements, monthly P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis

Assist with sales tax, sales reporting, and regulatory compliance

Assist with accounting tasks for a secondary location when needed

Qualifications of the Bookkeeper :

Bachelor's in Accounting OR 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
