Position Overview
Hall Engineering Group seeks a Vice President of Mechanical (HVAC) Design Engineering to lead its mechanical / HVAC discipline across Florida operations. This leadership position is ideal for an experienced mechanical engineer who combines technical depth with business acumen and team leadership.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, this VP will drive innovation in HVAC system design, oversee multidisciplinary project collaboration, and help shape the firm’s growth strategy.
This role can be based in either Tampa FL or Miami FL.
Compensation
Base Salary : $140,000 – $180,000 (Depending on Experience)
Total Compensation Package : $165,000 – $210,000 (including performance incentives, bonus potential, and benefits)
